'Eat Game' Dinner

Discover the flavours of locally sourced game at this special dinner hosted by Rob Newton, BASC Regional Officer for Yorkshire and the North East.

The evening begins with reception drinks and canapés before Head Chef Ashley Binder serves a specially created four-course menu placing game firmly at the heart of each dish. Designed to appeal to seasoned game lovers and those trying it for the first time, the dinner will be accompanied by a selection of paired wines.
