Menfulness

Calling all York men! Are you looking for some company in a light-hearted, friendly environment? Menfulness brings blokes together to socialise, exercise, talk, and let off steam in a supportive environment. Lead by five guys from York who, like most of us, have struggled with mental health, they found strength in opening up with their fellow friends. The group has various weekly meetings with Menfulness Footy, Social Circuits, and monthly walk and talks. To join this awesome support network, visit menfulness.org and get in touch.

Community Spirit

Are you the queen of organisation or the king of making it happen? And do you live in the Rawcliffe area?

The Rawcliffe Community Events Team are looking for new members. The fun and friendly team have previously put on Santa visits, a big thank you to the NHS, and a Scarecrow festival. They’ve helped to deliver food to those in need in the area (and continue to do so). There’s lots more planning and organising to do for 2022, so if you are local to Rawcliffe or Clifton Moor and could commit to playing an exciting role in contributing to organising events and attend monthly meetings, please get in touch by email: rawcliffecommunityeventsteam@gmail.com.

Keep up with their events @rawcliffecommunityeventsteam on Facebook.
