What’s new for Summer in the world of electricals?

By Matt Todd

After seven months of almost continuous rain, we have finally seen a bit of sun, so, apart from putting the

Ark building to one side for now, we have started thinking about what’s new for summer in the world of electricals. Read on to find out…

New for this year we have a range of electric barbeques that promise to take some of the guess work out of the favourite Great Britain pastime of burning meat to an unrecognisable crisp. I know why we do it – we’ve all heard the horror stories of “pink” chicken making everyone sick, and no-one wants that, but equally I’m not totally sure it’s necessary to “burn the hell out of it” to such an extent that you can’t even tell what animal it was in the first place!

We now have a solution for this in the form of a Ninja electric BBQ that has an inbuilt meat-probe that measures the internal temperature of your food so that you can be sure it’s safely cooked, the added bonus being that you will be able to taste something other than burnt carbon.

These outdoor grills are simplicity itself! Get cooking with no need to buy gas canisters or charcoal and no fire building. They are easy to heat up with just the flick of a switch and are also very easy to control with a simple dial to turn the heat up and down.

If you would like to know more about our range of electric BBQs please pop in for a chat at our Monks Cross showroom.
