Discover the incredible stories of the women who helped win the Second World War this summer at Eden Camp Modern History Museum.

Families can enjoy a packed programme of hands-on activities, including the Women at War Poo Clues Trail, where children hunt for clues to uncover a secret wartime word, and the Little Evacuees workshop, where they can make a cardboard gas mask, learn about evacuation and rationing, and take home their own wartime identity tag. Booking is required for workshops as places are limited.

Selected days also feature the popular Cow Milking Experience, where visitors can meet Connie from the Women's Land Army and try milking a model cow while learning about life on the Home Front.

The summer programme culminates with a Living History Weekend on 29 & 30 August, featuring historical reenactors, military vehicles, wartime cooking, live music and family-friendly activities.
