The People’s Show Choir in York is a friendly, feel-good community choir where adults of all abilities come together each week to sing uplifting music, make new friends and be part of something bigger locally. There are no auditions, no need to read music and no previous singing experience required.

Rehearsals are upbeat, supportive and social, with pop hits, musical theatre favourites, film and TV themes, and plenty of encouragement.

The choir meets on Wednesday evenings from 7:30pm to 9:00pm during term time at York RI RUFC (Rugby Club), New Lane, Acomb, York YO24 4NT. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and has an accessible toilet.  There is a large on-site free car park available.  New members can try 2 free sessions before deciding whether to join.
