Free Family events for York Environment Festival

To celebrate York Environment Festival, York Steiner School is running a series of free events for families to enjoy. All of the events are shaped to support families and children build their connection to the natural world through play, story, song and food.

Saturday 3rd October – Family and Earth – 10am – 12pm

This Saturday play group is a one-off free event for children up to the age of 4 years old to attend with parents or carers.

Enjoy a child centred play session with seasonal foods and plastic-free crafts and toys. We will share songs and stories aiming to nurture a relationship between children, families and the Earth. Families attending will receive resources to take home and help to continue to nurture their child’s connection to the natural world.
