Chef Series at Bosun's: The Epicurean Duo

George and Samira, better known as The Epicurean Duo, are heading to Bosun’s for the next instalment of its Chef Series.

Working alongside Executive Chef Gavin Swift and the Bosun’s team, the pair will bring their own approach to the kitchen for an exclusive eight-course tasting menu. Combining ideas and influences from both kitchens, the menu will celebrate seasonal produce, creativity and a shared love of memorable dining.
