Some shows have an interval ice cream. This one has 5 wines and 5 cheeses, served to you on the actual stage of a 124 year old theatre. No understudies, no matinee. Just one very grown up evening of grazing, where the greatest performance of the night a perfectly ripe wedge of Brie meeting a very good glass of wine.
