You’re hired! National Apprenticeship Week is back

National Apprenticeship Week Jobs You're Hired Your Local Link Magazine

The annual National Apprenticeship Week is back for its 15th year. Between the 6th and 12th of February, several events will be held throughout Yorkshire and the rest of England to promote the benefits of apprenticeships for employees and employers alike. Whether you’re leaving school this year, changing careers, or are a current student planning your next move, there are hundreds of apprenticeships to choose from.

Providing you with hands-on training and in some cases, qualifications to help further your future career, apprenticeships are free and funded by your employer and the government. The theme of this year’s National Apprenticeship Week will be ‘Skills for Life’.

During the week, there will be hundreds of virtual and in-person events including helpful resources available for students, including the new ‘Apprenticeship Arcade for 2023’, which features fun, informative, and engaging games.
