How do I take part?
· York Residents’ Festival is open to all York residents who have a valid YorkCard – you’ll need one card per person to gain free admission to attractions and benefit from the special offers included in this brochure.
· Pre-booking is required for some attractions, tours and events
· Some venues have limited free tickets and operate on a first come first serve basis
· Students studying in the city can also take part with a valid York student ID card.
How do I get my YorkCard?
YorkCards are available from all of York’s Explore libraries. There’s a £6.00 administration charge for adults but cards are free for under 18s. The YorkCard also entitles you to discounts at a range of leisure facilities and attractions in York throughout the year.
