There’s no doubt that there’s something of an unmet need when it comes to providing specialist care to those with dementia. In fact, the latest NHS data reveals record-high dementia levels of diagnoses in England. As of June 2024, 487,432 people in England had a dementia diagnosis, up from 77,112 in June 2023.
Fortunately, Schoen Clinic have launched their new service in York to help the city’s healthcare network fill the gap created by that massive increase, and provide expert care for those who need it.
