Powters have taken the hassle out of splitting sausages so you can get straight into the fun bit – cooking up a storm. You can use it for sausage rolls, burgers, meatballs and stuffing. We used the sausage meat to make stuffing the easy way. Simply mix a pack of sage and onion stuffing mix as per the instructions, mix with the sausage meat, add a dollop of butter and dollop of caramelised onion chutney, and mix it all together. You’ll want to cook it for 5-10 minutes longer than the instructions on the stuffing mix to make sure the pork is cooked through. Yum!
