With NHS resources declining in recent years wait times for even the most essential services are longer than ever. It’s meant that a lot of us have had to forgo some of the medical treatments that aren’t always seen as vitally important. At their landmark second anniversary, Jenny has welcomed a new member to her team, as she continues to expand services.
Jenny told us how she spotted a gap in the market:
“I started the business as there wasn’t a local provision for ear wax removal in people’s homes and I set out to provide the best possible service in the area.
“This last year saw the introduction of Carol who is currently offering irrigation appointments but hopefully soon will also be able to offer microsuction.”
