PenLife Associates win award for best customer service in Yorkshire

York-based Chartered Financial Planners PenLife Associates were recognised for their hardwork this month by the Yorkshire Financial Awards.

They picked up the prize for the best Customer Service in the whole county at a glittering ceremony at Leeds’ New Dock Hall on Friday the 3rd of May.

Judges chose PenLife due to their “unwavering commitment to personalised customer care.”

PenLife have been operating in our city since 1984, offering all sorts of financial services for their thousands of clients, helping them to achieve and maintain the lifestyle they choose, no matter what happens.

The accolade was accepted on behalf of the PenLife team by Director, Nina Wright, and Marketing Coordinator, Carolyn Myers.

Expressing her delight at the win, Mrs. Wright, said, “We are thrilled to receive this regional award, acknowledging each member of our team for their contribution to delivering exceptional customer service.

“With over 30,000 financial services professionals in Yorkshire, we take great pride in being an integral part of this vibrant community.”

The Chair of the judging panel, Hannah Daniel, added to these glowing remarks when addressing the night’s winners as a whole.

She said, “The level of ambition and dedication to providing good outcomes for clients was evident in your entries.

“You really are a credit to the Yorkshire Financial Services industry, which now represents 9% of the Yorkshire economy and is growing. It is fantastic to see the high quality of practitioners in the region and I am very proud to be part of it.”
