Swing Commanders at the Folk Hall

The Swing Commanders are back in town at the New Earswick Folk Hall on Saturday 28th June 2025 for another of their fantastic performances with a bar and dance floor!

The Swing Commanders take well crafted songs from the thirties to the fifties, from American Songbook classics to Western Swing and Novelty songs, and overlay them with lush vocal harmonies and hot solos. The rhythms, varying from ballads to jive to quicksteps, are great for dances, theatre shows, and parties.

On the Night, Doors and Bar open at 6:00pm

The Main event will start at 7:00pm and will run until 9:00pm

However if you still want to hang around and soak in the party atmosphere we will still be running the bar until 10:00pm!
