Description
Relax and unwind with an immersive evening of soothing soundbath, Reiki healing and Yoga Nidra with Simon and Ceri from The Blue Butterfly York. Designed to help restore both mind and body, the session can be enjoyed seated or lying down. Guests are encouraged to bring their own mat, blanket and water bottle.
