Maundy Thursday marks the remembrance of the Last Supper and the beginning of the events leading to Good Friday.
Sung Eucharist with Washing of Feet – 7.00pm
This moving liturgy recalls the final meal Jesus shared with his disciples in the upper room before his arrest and trial. The symbolic washing of feet reflects Christ’s command to love and serve one another. As bread and wine are blessed and shared, the congregation proclaims his death until he comes in glory.
The Watch – 8.30pm
Following the Eucharist, The Watch continues the evening in quiet vigil. This reflective service remembers Jesus’ prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane before his arrest, inviting worshippers into a time of contemplation and prayer.
All are welcome to attend.
