If you’ve got green-fingers or you’re looking for garden inspo, you absolutely won’t want to miss the opportunity to see The Nursery, which is lovingly ran by our columnist, Tony Chalcraft, as part of the National Open Garden Scheme. Originally a suburban nursery, Tony and Jane now have a productive one-acre organic garden with over 100 fruit trees, as well as a 20m greenhouse. If you’re curious to have a look, the garden is open between the 16th-18th of July between 1-6pm. Admission costs £4 for adults. Refreshments and homemade teas are also available. All proceeds will go towards supporting National Garden Scheme charities and Oxfam.
