Starsign of the month: SCORPIO

If the front door is closed to you, don’t waste your time banging your head against a brick wall…. Either walk around to the back, or just walk away. There are things which you can achieve at this time, but some things that you can’t – and the secret is knowing which is which. In arguments, it is easy to get lost in matters of principle, so don’t do this… Rather, concentrate on your own peace of mind and emotional well-being.

SAGITTARIUS

A quieter month than some you have known this year, perhaps with some feelings of anti-climax when you look back over the last few weeks. On the other hand, this is a lovely time for strengthening relationships and for finding new depths of harmony and meaning. Gentlemen will be looking for the next great adventure, while the sagittarius women will have a better time of it, content to go with the flow without ruffling feathers or getting impatient.

CAPRICORN

Rather a nice month filled with one or two surprises, and a general feeling of starting out afresh in pursuit of new targets and adventures. Quite a busy month on the work scene, but you rise to the challenges and get yourself noticed in all the right places. An interesting time psychologically as you come to recognise the worth of what you’ve got, which curbs the temptation to be impatient and impulsive. So, a calm few weeks with a few laughs along the way.

AQUARIUS

Weddings, engagements, celebrations, and interesting (short distance) journeys keep a smile on your face, but that smile covers a hidden mood of frustration and discontent. Yes, you fully appreciate your good fortune and the worth of what you’ve got, but the trouble is that you want more! For some Aquarians this could be power and prestige, while others just get lost in the void of longing for their miss-spent youth. Welcome to the world of growing up and in some cases, just growing old.

PISCES

Something you’ve wanted and have looked forward to for a very long time comes one visible step closer – but this causes some concern! Will you be happy to step aboard that ship of opportunity when it docks in your harbour, or will you get cold feet at the last minute and turn away from the gang plank?  

ARIES

I hope I’m wrong, but this could be a bit of a mean and moody month, you’ll need to fight hard to maintain a positive mental attitude. Lots of unhappy little reminders of bad times gone-by sap your confidence for the future, but just remember that those times HAVE PASSED and today you are on a different pathway heading in a different direction. Where emotional relationships are concerned, don’t be afraid to share your thoughts and feelings.

TAURUS

New business and career opportunities should help you build on previous successes, this is a time for thinking out of the box and broadening your horizons. Medical matters will work in your favour, and you should find a greater degree of fitness and vitality. Some very nice (and potentially sexy) vibrations in all affairs of the heart, and this should be a very exciting time for singles who are fed up with being single!

GEMINI

Listen, you’re going to be judged by what you do and not by what you say, so remember that actions speak louder than words. November is a month in which you not only have to talk the talk, you’ve got to walk the walk! There’ll be some brisk social activity, especially in the third week, with potential travel commitments in the last seven or ten days. Some problems need to be resolved with companies who do not honour their guarantees and contracts.

CANCER

If I tell you to watch your back, this is relevant on two levels. On one hand, this is not a month for taking up dangerous sports or trying to redecorate your living room in the theme of the Sistine Chapel, but on the other, avoid gossip, while being aware that people probably are gossiping about you, saying one thing to you face and another thing behind your back. I don’t think there is much you can actually do about this, but just be aware of it.

LEO

You’re likely to come under pressure to make decisions that you are not ready to make – so DON’T make them until you are ready! This will probably annoy and frustrate more than one person close to you, but this should be seen as their problem and not yours. To counterbalance this, there are some things you very much want to do right now, but because your hands are tied, you must delay and be patient. Not easy for Leos, but do your best!

VIRGO

Perhaps an unexpected degree of domestic upheaval, especially if you’re involved with any kind of property deals, but also watch out for (a) unexpected guests (b) utilities breaking down and (c) any kind of water ingress. Sorry to sound like the prophet of doom! On a brighter note, this is a highly educational period in which you come to see people and situations for what they really are, not what you might like them to be.

LIBRA 

A lovely month for parent/child relationships, especially mothers and daughters. The accent is on domestic and family issues and as a rogue element there may be news of a pregnancy or a birth. Social aspects are high, particularly around the 5th and 6th with unexpected (and interesting) invitations on both the 11th and the 22nd which could well tie in with a few travel aspects.
