Flavours of Yorkshire is not just another food festival, it is so much more than that!

Of course there will be a festival market featuring Yorkshire's best artisan food & drink producers, plus a cosmopolitan street food court with cuisines from across the globe. Inside the Galtres Arena will be a pop-up theatre where you will find cookery demos from our headline celebrity chef James Martin and free to enter demos from local chefs.

There's also The Whole Hog BBQ competition where you can see professional BBQ teams compete alongside free demos and talks from BBQ industry experts. Electric Avenue is an electric vehicle showcase featuring EV's Hybrids and PHEV's from new and established UK brands. There will be live music from brass bands and buskers plus a fairground with inflatables and soft play. For F1 fans the Festival Bar will have a big screen showing the British Grand Prix.

The event is taking place at Galtres Park (aka Pickering Showground) on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th July from 10am each day.

Flavours of Yorkshire is free to enter and has free on-site parking too. This will be North Yorkshire's biggest free entry, family-friendly festival this summer!
