Step into a space designed for clarity. PURE is a minimalist life drawing sanctuary held in the light-filled Main Hall of Clements Hall, York.

This summer series offers a rhythmic retreat from the digital world, focusing on the raw beauty of the human form. Each session begins with the grounding ritual of Tingsha bells and a brief breathwork exercise to settle the mind before we draw.

We provide the essentials: high-grade graphite, natural charcoal, and a quiet space to find your flow. No clutter, no distractions - just you and the form.
