Following the success of recent years, the Yorkshire Big Curry Lunch returns for 2026, bringing the Army Benevolent Fund’s much-loved flagship event from London to “God’s Own Country.” Held in the historic Merchant Adventurers’ Hall on Fossgate, this unique occasion offers guests the chance to enjoy exceptional food while networking with VIPs, civic leaders, senior British Army officers and business figures from across Yorkshire.

Set within the stunning 14th-century Great Hall, guests will enjoy a banquet-style lunch with no formal seating plan—perfect for sparking conversation and new connections. The event begins with a Prosecco reception in the Undercroft, followed by unlimited curry from MyLahore, alongside beer, wine and soft drinks, with a cash bar also available.

Throughout the afternoon, guests can take part in a live auction and raffle, helping to raise vital funds for the Army Benevolent Fund. Entertainment will be provided by talented Army musicians, including ensembles and pipers, creating a memorable and vibrant atmosphere from start to finish.
