York’s ever-popular celebration of food and drink, York Restaurant Week, is set to return this spring, with two weeks of dynamic dining offers scheduled from 9-22 March. Delivered by York BID, this year’s York Restaurant Week will once again enable visitors and locals to sample the hottest spots our city has to offer, with tasty, exclusive offers ranging from £5 to £30!
Since launching in 2019, York Restaurant Week has been established as one of our city’s most anticipated calendar highlights; its recently expanded fortnight-long programme offers Yorkies more time and flexibility to explore new restaurant openings, get reacquainted with familiar favourites, and enjoy limited, exclusive menus. Whether you’re after a spontaneous midweek lunch, a special evening out, or a celebration dinner to remember, this bi-annual event is sure to offer something for everyone, whatever their taste!
This March, we’ll see more than 100 venues participate, showcasing the remarkable diversity of York’s hospitality sector and bustling food scene. Some exciting new additions joining the Restaurant Week line-up this March include Drift-In, Howl, Love Cheese and 200 Degrees Coffee. From relaxed cafés and indulgent dessert spots to international cuisine and refined fine dining, this year’s offers will range from £5 to £30, ensuring that all budgets are catered for.
All of this year’s York Restaurant Week offers will be available to view and download from Monday, 23 February via www.yorkrestaurantweek.co.uk. While there is no cap imposed on the number of offer vouchers local diners can claim, due to exceedingly high demand, booking ahead is strongly recommended if you’d like to dodge the crowds and secure your spot at the table!
