Description
Drums, trumpets and a wall of choral harmony from the 150 voices of YMS will make York Minster reverberate to the thrilling yet deeply moving sound of Verdi's outstandingly beautiful requiem for an unmissable experience on the longest day of the year.
The choir and orchestra of York Musical Society, conducted by David Pipe and accompanied by soloists Elinor Rolfe-Johnson, Alison Kettlewell, Peter Davoren
and Felix Kemp will perform Verdi's extraordinary requiem in the nave of York Minster.
