Yorkshire Air Museum seek to educate the community in the history of aviation, particularly in Yorkshire. Their work is to inspire future generations to take up careers in the fields of engineering, aviation, history and diplomacy.

Preserving our collection

• storing in excess of over 30,000 items and records including a registered collection of artefacts, maps, books and uniforms.
• These are precious resources for historical research.
• Recording memories of veterans and their sacrifices for their country.
