FESTIVAL OF FILM
Whether you’re into laugh-out-loud comedies, dramas, thrillers or animation, the York Film Festival is the place to be this November — it’s been run by Aesthetica since 2011 and is now BAFTA-Qualifying, after over a decade of successfully showcasing the very best of British and international film.
They’re marking the landmark with some extra special changes — this year also included in the festival is a new Games and VR Lab, where you and your family can get right to the cutting-edge of new film technology.
This month at Your Local Link we’re excited to announce we have a full family day pass to give away — it’ll give you full access to the event, including the photography and film poster exhibitions as well as a vast range of speakers, panel discussions and talks.
