This friendly social group meets fortnightly on Tuesdays at Heworth Without Community Centre. Anyone can join, whether you live in Heworth or not. York Camera Club
The Club has been bringing together York’s photography community since 1952. Everyone who has an enthusiasm for taking photos are welcome to sign up and join — whether you’re beginners, serious amateurs or total professionals. The club meets at 7:30pm on Thursdays for Club evenings. These evenings consist of a mixture of exhibitions and photographic talks from established professional photographers. In Harmony Ladies Choir
Ladies, do you enjoy singing in the shower or singing along to music on the radio? Look no further! This fantastic singing group meet every Wednesday evening at Acomb Methodist Church in York. Formed in 2013, In Harmony Ladies Choir have performed at a wide variety of venues across York and have raised funds for local charities.
