They may specialise in all things from the past, but York Museums Trust is headed for a very promising future with their latest, exciting announcement. With an agreement to support the Trust for the next three years as a National Portfolio Organisation, the Arts Council is offering a whopping £3.7 million worth of funding from April of this year, through to March 2026.
Despite these testing times of economic uncertainty, the agreed financial support is excellent news and means that millions of tourists and locals alike, can continue to enjoy the Trust’s venues and gardens for more years to come.
