For those brave souls seeking a thrill, there are the 275 steps up to the Central Tower of the Minster, the highest point in the city, displaying breathtaking views of York. If you are afraid of heights, do not fear! The iconic Rose Window, located in the South Transept of the Minster always goes down a treat, as does the grand Organ, located at the far end of the Choir.
