Renowned food writer and chef, Yotam Ottolenghi, will be at York Theatre Royal in September talking about A Life in Flavour.
Throughout his cooking career, he’s opened six delis and a restaurant in London. Yotam will talk about his career and share how his upbringing influenced and inspired his food.
Yotam will discuss tastes and ingredients that excite him, including basic flavour pairings and cooking methods to elevate ingredients.
Ottolenghi is chef-patron of the Ottolenghi delis, NOPI and ROVI restaurants, writes a weekly column in The Guardian’s Feast Magazine, a monthly column in The New Yorker and has published seven bestselling books.
Yotam will be signing copies of his latest book, Ottolenghi Flavour, after the event. Copies can be bought with tickets to the event.
