York Light Opera Company
With both an Adult Company and Youth Company, this York-based musical theatre group produces and performs several productions each year – both new productions and old classics. Yorkie Talkies Outdoors
Yorkie Talkies are your go-to explorers for everything from family moorland exploration days to custom wild camping experiences. This fantastic social walking group has something to offer everyone, including private-led walks, corporate days, challenge events and navigation courses. York Disability Tennis Network (YDTN)
The York Disability Tennis Network is an inclusive, non-profit organisation that offers specialised disability sessions to anyone who wants to play tennis for fun or compete in competitions. This includes Wheelchair Tennis, Blind Tennis, Deaf Tennis, Learning Disability Tennis, and Special Olympics City Of York Tennis at various locations throughout York. Sessions are currently being held at York University, Wigginton Tennis Club, Old Earswick, and David Lloyd.

Haxby & Wigginton U3A
Haxby & Wigginton U3A is a group that is part of a UK-wide movement for over 50s to further their interests and continue learning in a friendly and relaxed environment.
They offer regular study, creative and leisure groups for retirees. Activities, such as arts and crafts, table tennis, smartphone photography and walking, are organised by their skilled members. They also hold regular meetings, usually every month, with a guest speaker and plenty of refreshments. Heworth Retired Men’s Group 
A great opportunity to make new friends, this social group meet at Heworth Without Community Centre fortnightly on Tuesdays from 10am to 11.30am. Gatherings often involve talks from excellent speakers on a wide range of topics and refreshments.
